We will have a notary present as well as copies of all J&C forms that have not yet been signed. Please stop by if you haven't yet returned your form!

Joinder and Consent forms: Have you returned your notarized form yet? We need 90% of each phase to return these in order to prevent the possibility of being taken over by a professional management company that could drastically increase our annual dues and take decisions out of the hands of Summer Creek residents. Please have the owner(s) of your home return the notarized JOINDER and CONSENT form to Summer Creek Homeowners Association, 4257 NW 64th St, Gainesville, FL 32606. If you need a new copy of the form, contact Dan Lucas.
