***New Pressure Washer***
The Board has purchased a new pressure washer for residents to clean their curbs and driveways. The machine is Troy-Bilt and operates with 3000 psi, 2.7 GPM, and has a Briggs and Stratton Engine. Summer Creek Residents who are current with their dues may borrow machine. Please contact Board member Dan Lucas (338-0260) for more information. See below for conditions and requirements for using the pressure washer.
***SCHA Pressure Washer Use Conditions and Requirements***
- Pressure washer may only be used by the Summer Creek Homeowner that currently has the pressure washer checked out to clean the concrete walkway, driveway, and street curb in front of their home only.
- The pressure washer may only be checked out for a period of 24 hours.
- The Summer Creek Homeowner will provide a valid form of ID for verification to committee person who is responsible for checking out the pressure washer.
- The committee person checking out the pressure washer will go through a checklist of items and accessories that are associated with the proper use of the pressure washer with each homeowner checking it out.
- Summer Creek Homeowner that currently has the pressure washer checked out will be responsible for damage done to pressure washer due to improper use or abuse. (The SCHA will be responsible for normal maintenance items and items that fail due to regular/responsible use).
- Any Summer Creek Homeowners Association Committee Member may immediately remove the pressure washer from a homeowner who is found to be using the pressure washer for cleaning items NOT specifically identified in item #1 above.
